Software Agreement
All of our products will be sold with only a 1 year support agreement, our products will be sold with only a 1 domain agreement, and we will not support your software across multiple domains unless you buy support for each of these domains.

During this time of 1 year you will be entitled to all upgrades and support required for the operation and deployment of our software as we have intended for it to function. If you customize though the un-encoded software, we will not be responsible or support these efforts. We can however offer you assistance at a rate of 30 Euros per hour.

Our software is written for Joomla 1.0.X, and it is not yet written for Joomla 1.5 how ever when the stable version of J-1.5 is released we will be selling our software for both platforms, J-1.0.x and J-1.5.

We will offer a discount for our existing customers that will want to make the transition from J-1.0.x to J-1.5 and buy the 1.5 component. Please note though that the migration of data from one version to the next falls directly within the client’s responsibility. We will be offering a service for this process as the time gets closer.

Our Refund Policy
We want to make public our policy on refunds so that there is no confusion.

All our sales are final and no refunds will be given. As all of our products are digital software, delivered instantly once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a product to use for a refund.

If you find a bug in our software, you can open up a support ticket, and we will decide if it is indeed a bug and we will fix it in the next version. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.

We do not issue refunds if;

* You just change your mind
* You choose not to use our product
* You find that our product doesn't suit your needs (We allow you to Trial our software for full 14-Days prior to purchasing, we even ask that you use this service prior to making your final decision.)
* If our software dose not work with other non-supported 3rd party software.

However, we understand that it is impossible for us to test our software on every platform and every configuration it may encounter on other servers. Therefore if you are unable to get our software up and running on your server in the first 30 days after purchasing the software then please contact us and we will do everything within our knowledge and experience to get our software to work on your server.

If we fail to achieve this we will happily give you a refund or exchange the product for a new product. You will need to provide us with full access to your FTP, MySQL and Joomla Admin consoles in order for us to debug and install the software; if you can’t give us this access then we will not be able to give you a refund.

Refunds are only issued to the same email address & account they were originally purchased with.

 

By selecting yes to our Software Agreement you agree to abide by the conditions and terms as so stated.
