Methods/steps
1. Place all the slices of sirloin onto a work counter and cover with plastic wrap, pound these thighs until they have lightly flattened out. 2. Place the Bamboo Skewers into a dish of water. 3. Place the remaining Ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine well. 4. Place the meat into the marinade and let sit over night in the refrigerator. 5. Weave the meat on to each Skewer. 6. Place into a baking dish and recover with the marinade until you are ready to grill these. 7. To finish Prepare your Gas or Charcoal Grill and when it is hot and ready to go lay the Satays over the grates and grill on both sides. Brushing with the marinade. 8.
